The reason we request a phone number is to provide consultation and support services.

- Place of processing: The data is processed at the Licensor’s office and other locations where the involved parties are located.

Your personal data may be used and processed internally by the Licensee (employees and contractors). We may occasionally send you promotional content, but only if you’ve consented to receive such messages.
Personal data will also be made available to payment systems involved in processing payments for Tenerife Yachts services. Certain information may also be processed by Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns for customer service purposes.
The Licensor does not sell or share personal information with third parties outside of the Licensor group unless with your consent for marketing purposes.
