Risk-Free Cancellations
Our booking system allows customers to cancel their boat reservations free of charge within specified timeframes. A prepayment is required at the time of booking. However, if you decide not to use our services, reschedule, or change your boat due to factors such as bad weather or illness, the prepayment is non-refundable. Each boat has its own cancellation conditions, which will be shared with you at the time of booking. Cancellation periods typically range from 24 to 72 hours. Refund Guidelines During Service
While TenerifeYachts handles the booking process, we are not involved in the excursions themselves. Should any issues arise during your trip, we recommend addressing them directly with the on-site service provider. If the partner agrees to a full refund and notifies us, we will promptly process your prepayment refund. Please note that if the partner offers a solution in the form of a monetary refund or gift and you accept it, no further claims will be considered. While we strive for customer satisfaction, we cannot guarantee refunds for incidents occurring during the excursion. Please direct any complaints to the service provider.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
TenerifeYachts also has policies regarding late cancellations and no-shows. In such cases, additional charges or penalties may apply as per the terms and conditions. For no-shows, the paid service fee is non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service Without Refund
TenerifeYachts reserves the right to refuse service or end cooperation without refund if a customer exhibits disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior or causes damage to property. Any actions that disturb or inconvenience other participants or staff may result in denial of service. The safety and satisfaction of our customers and team are our top priority.
