5. Pricing Policy
Prices on TenerifeYachts are inclusive of applicable VAT. The prices shown for each service are automatically factored into the booking process. 6. Transaction Methods Explained
TenerifeYachts offers several payment methods:
6.1. Credit or Debit Card Payment:
To process a payment, users must have a valid credit or debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard, with secure authentication methods like “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode” in place.
6.2. PayPal or Other Platforms:
Upon selecting PayPal as a payment method, users will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. After successful payment, an email with your purchase summary will be sent to you.
6.3. REDSYS Platform:
After payment approval, users will receive a link to the REDSYS website for payment. Once processed, you’ll receive an email summary of your purchase. PayPal and REDSYS have their own privacy policies, for which TenerifeYachts is not responsible.
7. Terms for Bookings and Deposits
Adults can make bookings. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Accurate personal and group details must be provided, and boat safety regulations must be followed. Ensure the selected boat meets the needs of passengers with limited mobility.
8. Transfer Services Details
Some tours include transfer services. Transfers are available within certain zones in Tenerife, such as Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje, La Caleta, and Playa Paraiso. If your accommodation is outside of these zones, prior coordination is required. Transfer cancellations due to ineligibility are not permitted. Timely arrival is the responsibility of the partner providing the transfer.
9. Last-Minute Booking Conditions
For bookings made less than three hours before departure, food and beverages may not be included, depending on the service.
10. Modification and Cancellation of Booking
We understand that changes may be necessary. In case of modifications, we will contact you directly. If a cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer the option of a full refund or an alternative excursion of equal value.
11. Weather-Related Cancellations
If bad weather is forecast 48 hours in advance, customers can choose to cancel or reschedule the service with a full refund. Cancellations after the service begins are not accepted. Weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe sea conditions may affect the feasibility of the trip.
12. Free Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation within specified time frames for free. However, prepayments are non-refundable if the service is declined or changed due to personal reasons, such as weather assessment or illness. 13. Disclaimer for Personal Injuries
TenerifeYachts is not responsible for any illnesses, injuries, or deaths occurring during the boat trip. By accepting these terms, customers acknowledge that TenerifeYachts is not liable for such incidents.
14. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for your booking will result in the loss of the paid service cost, which is non-refundable.
15. Complaints Procedure
While TenerifeYachts manages bookings, complaints regarding the boat trip should be directed to the on-site service provider. If the service provider offers a refund, this will be considered the final resolution. Further claims will not be entertained.
16. Legislation and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish national law (Canary Islands). Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered address.
